Our Oil Pulling Rinse is a natural pre-brush rinse. It's not a substitute for professional dental care, but is a preventive measure.

Directions: Shake well before each use. Put 10-15 ml of pulling oil into your mouth. Gently swish throughout mouth, between your teeth. Start with 2 minutes and attempt to work yourself up to 10 minutes with continued use. Spit out and rinse with water. Do not swallow. Follow with brushing your teeth. (We recommend spitting in trash or a cup to discard.)
