Our Cleansing Balm is a gentle and effective way to melt away makeup and impurities without stripping the skin like traditional soaps. It can be used on all skin types. The oils nourish the skin for a glowing complexion. After rinsing, your skin will be left hydrated and silky smooth. If your skin tends to be oily or you wear heavy makeup, you may wish to follow with our Micellar Water!
Ingredients: Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides, Beeswax, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Matcha Green Tea, Vitamin E
Directions: Use spatula or clean dry hands to take an adequate amount and apply to dry face. Massage gently. Add water to face to emulsify and continue massaging into skin. Rinse with a warm, wet washcloth. Use alone or follow with Root + Clay Micellar Water as a second step.

Very effective at cleansing facial area with or without makeup. Only need to use small amount . Skin left feeling moisturized.

Best cleanser I’ve ever used!

I’ve been using Root & Clay Cleansing Balm for years and can say without a doubt that it’s the best cleanser I’ve ever used. It’s creamy, spreads easily and gently removes anything that’s gotten on my face during the day. I use it faithfully every morning and evening and always make sure I have an extra full jar in my bathroom closet so I never inadvertently run out. I highly recommend ALL of Root & Clay’s products!!!
