We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The nature of each product does not allow for it to be returned because of quality standards. If an item arrives damaged, please send an email to info@rootandclay.com with your order number, your name, and a photo of the item outside of the package. A claim may be filed with the shipping carrier.

If there is a quality issue with your purchase, please email us and it will be handled promptly.

If a package does not arrive as stated in your tracking, please email us and contact your local postmaster. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail, but will do everything we can to help!

Please be sure to check your shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address, we are not responsible for this. If the package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
